Our 3D designer shows your hand chain as you build it, then our jewelers make exactly what you see.

A soft measuring tape is all it takes. Not sure? Our $35 measuring kit is credited in full to your order.

  1. Around the fingerAt its base, where a ring would sit: 1.5 to 3.5 inches.
  2. Around the wristWhere a bracelet sits, snug but not tight: 5 to 9 inches.
  3. Wrist to fingerAlong the back of your hand, from the wrist to the base of that finger: 2 to 6 inches.

How do I measure for a hand chain?
With a soft measuring tape: around your wrist where a bracelet sits, around the base of the finger the chain ends on, and along the back of your hand from the wrist to that finger.
Which chains can be a hand chain?
Any of our 16 chains: 15 in 14K gold filled or sterling silver, and the satellite in mixed metal.
What can I add to a hand chain?
Birthstones, the pearl and the opal: up to 5, placed along the chain over your hand. Charms and seashells are for bracelets, anklets and necklaces.
How is a hand chain priced?
By all of its chain, around the wrist and the finger and from one to the other: $65 for every 6 inches in 14K gold filled or mixed metal, $55 in sterling silver. Birthstones, the pearl and the opal are $25 each.
How does it close?
With a lobster clasp at the wrist, sized to your chain.
Can I wear more than one?
A hand chain is worn one at a time. Wear it with bracelets of your own design, 5 to 11 inches.
