Privacy Policy

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email address, shipping address and billing address, and what you designed (the chain, metal, length, stones and charms), with a picture of your piece from our designer, which goes to our jewelers with your order.
• Your card: you enter it into Square's secure card field, and it goes straight to Square, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
• Gift cards: the recipient's name and email address, your name, your note and the day to send it.
• Our emails: your email address, only if you tick "Email me about new chains and offers" at checkout.
• On your device: your design, your cart and any measuring kit credit are saved in your browser, so they are there when you come back. Clearing your browser's data for this site removes them.
• How you use the site: the pages you view and the steps you take in our designer, such as the chain and stones you choose, through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. At checkout, your email address, name, city, state and ZIP code are sent to Meta in hashed (scrambled) form, so we can measure our ads. When you place an order, our server also tells Meta about the purchase, with the same hashed details, a hashed ID for your browser, the Meta Pixel's own cookie IDs, and your IP address and browser type, so it is counted even where the pixel is blocked.

How we use it

• To make and ship your order, email your receipt and answer your questions.
• To send your gift card on the day you choose.
• To send our emails about new chains and offers, if you signed up.
• To understand how the site is used, improve it, and measure and improve our advertising.
• To prevent fraud.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run our business: Square (payments, orders, gift cards and customer records), Resend (sends our emails), Vercel (hosts this site), and Google and Meta (analytics and advertising). We don't sell your personal information.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from our emails at any time: reply to one, or email us.
• Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing info@evermore-permanentjewelry.com.
• If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we turn off advertising tracking for it. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are not tracked for analytics or advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them for your order, our accounts and the law, and your email address on our list until you unsubscribe.

Children

Our site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Security

Payments go through Square, and this site uses a secure (https) connection.
